At vi ikke ser hinanden direkte i \u00f8jnene, men tager de indtryk ind som vi m\u00f8der p\u00e5 vores vej gennem skov og langs strand, bevirker at vi f\u00f8ler, oplever og perspektiverer p\u00e5 en ny m\u00e5de. Metoden kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re en del af et samtaleforl\u00f8b for at bryde fastl\u00e5ste tanker og m\u00f8nstre. Den er ogs\u00e5 velegnet til b\u00f8rn. Lider man af hundeskr\u00e6k, kan dette eksponeres ved, at vi tager hund med p\u00e5 turen. Det er videnskabeligt bevist, at 30 minutters gang pr. dag neds\u00e6tter risiko for b\u00e5de stress og depression, og at de stoffer som udskilles i hjernen og kroppen, n\u00e5r vi bev\u00e6ger os,
